Next meeting of Lympne Airfield History Society
I am delighted to announce we will be hosting a presentation on Hawkinge Airfield by Dave Brocklehurst and our own Simon Ralph of the Kent Battle of Britain Museum at our next meeting on Tuesday 17th March. Please note the new day! The location is the East Bar of Lympne Castle from 7.30pm.
We will also be updating our work on gathering names of all the fatalities concerning Lympne Airfield, which has seen some interesting developments since our last meeting.
The High Court case was heard in London on February 17th and David will update us on how this has been going in recent weeks. Whilst we may or may not know the outcome by the time of our meeting, it is thus far encouraging news.
I look forward to seeing you there.
